The average driver that gets a traffic ticket in Southlake takes care of it promptly and never has any problems. All you have to do is contact our office when you first get a speeding or other traffic violation. We will notify the Southlake Municipal Court that Jack Byno & Associates is your law firm. From there we will appear in court on your behalf and plea your case to the best deal available to us. We will then notify you in writing of the outcome, how much your court fees are, and when to pay them by.
Other drivers do not tkae care of their tickets promptly and allow them to go past due. When this occurs the Southlake Municipal Court will issue a warrant for their arrest. At this point we can still assist you, but we will need to post bond to lift the warrant. If the driver sill does take care of their warrant, their name will be be placed in the Statewide Warrant Roundup data base and the Southlake Police department will begin to actively seek to arrest you.
The extreme case that some motorsits face is actually being arrested during the Southlake Warrant Roundup. If this should occur, we can be retained to post bond, lift your warrants, and provide immediate jail release. Once this occurs, we will appear in court on your behalf to plea your case as outlined above.
During the annual Great Texas Warrant Roundup, the Southlake Police Department is out in full force to catch and arrest drivers with pending traffic warrants issued by the Municipal Court. If you are facing jail time as a result of the warrant roundup, get in touch with the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno.
